What works, what's in progress, what doesn't exist yet

We deliberately publish EA-Wizard's real state — and our firm's — so you can decide in full clarity. It's what we'd expect from a partner.

Why this page

Too many vendors and consultancies oversell. We'd rather you walk into the meeting with a precise read on what we can do — and what we can't yet. It shortens sales cycles, and it filters prospects who aren't a fit.

Co-developed · built with the first client

What's co-developed with first clients

Deliberately: we'd rather build this content with a real client than invent templates that wouldn't fit anyone.

  • BIAN-aligned capability map and banking process library (KYC, AML, loan origination, payments)
  • Core Banking and SWIFT demand templates, sector-specific banking KPI dashboards
  • Sector reference packs: Insurance (Solvency II, ACAPS), Healthcare (HDS), Public sector, Telecom, Industry
  • RoPA templates and sector reports, tailored to each organization's industry
Planned · roadmap

What's planned on the roadmap

Identified as important, but not yet in active development. Your feedback shapes prioritization.

  • BCEAO / BEAC pack (West and Central Africa) — banking
  • ACPR pack (France) — banking
  • Additional connectors (Workday, Salesforce, IBM CMDB)
  • IT financial management module (portfolio investment tracking)
Honest gaps

The gaps we own

We'd rather name them explicitly than let them be discovered.

  • Zero production clients today — that's our main gap. The BAM pack is v0.1.0: real, but not yet validated on a deployment supervised by Bank Al-Maghrib.
  • No analyst recognition (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave). Normal for a V1 product; in discussion.
  • No partner SI ecosystem yet. All our deployments today are run directly by our team.
  • No native SAP S/4HANA integration today. If you're a SAP-centric large account, LeanIX has a real advantage there — let's be clear.

A question, a doubt, a point to dig?

If anything here makes you wonder, let's talk. No pitch — a direct exchange on what fits or doesn't fit your context.
