Our method is built on one conviction: AI multiplies architecture teams' capacity to analyze and execute, while staying fully in their hands — switchable on and off per module, deployable in air-gap mode when context demands it. Here's how we work.

    We use EA-Wizard and our tools to accelerate current-state mapping — applications, flows, dependencies, data — without sacrificing depth.

  3. 3 · Target design

    Design of target architectures following TOGAF, leveraging AI capabilities to explore scenarios and assess their impact.

  4. 4 · Roadmap

    Building a pragmatic, prioritized trajectory aligned with the organization's budget and delivery capacity.

  5. 5 · Transformation leadership

    Implementation support, governance, running architecture committees, tracking indicators.

Mapping, impact analysis, scenario generation — AI reduces production time. Every AI service can be turned on or off with fine granularity; an air-gap Ollama mode is available for the most sensitive contexts.
