Manifesto

What we believe

A few principles, so you know exactly who you're engaging.

TechWizard isn't another consultancy. We built this firm because no existing one combined architecture rigor, engineering skill, and the conviction that AI is reshaping our craft. Here's our point of view, clearly.

  1. 01

Architecture is a discipline, not a trend

When the word 'architect' becomes fashionable, people forget what it means: to structure, to choose, to arbitrate. We treat enterprise architecture as an engineering discipline — with its standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN), its quality criteria, its verifiable deliverables. Not as a title.

  2. 02

    Decisions matter more than deliverables

An 80-slide PowerPoint that drives no decision isn't a deliverable — it's a cost. We produce architecture artifacts that inform choices, justify trade-offs, and let committees decide. The rest is paper.

  3. 03

AI is native — and entirely in your hands

We build EA-Wizard with AI present in every module — augmented mapping, scenario exploration, impact simulation, ADR generation. But it stays optional, switchable off module by module and tenant by tenant. For the most sensitive contexts, air-gap Ollama mode runs entirely in your infrastructure: no architecture data ever leaves your perimeter.

  4. 04

Power shouldn't be reserved for big budgets

Legacy EA platforms are expensive, complex, and effectively shut out any organization that doesn't have a substantial tooling budget. That's a technical injustice. EA-Wizard exists to close that gap without compromising on functional depth.

  5. 05

    Local context makes the difference

A Moroccan bank doesn't modernize like a German bank. An Ivorian telco doesn't have the same constraints as a French one. We grew up in Morocco, Africa and Europe — we know each geography has its own regulators, suppliers, available talent. That knowledge is what makes a roadmap executable.

  6. 06

    Transparency beats marketing

On this site you'll find a TCO calculator that compares us to competitors, a glossary that defines our vocabulary, an honest maturity self-assessment, factual comparisons. If we have limits, we'd rather name them than hide them. That's where a trust relationship starts.

  7. 07

We measure our work by your independence

A successful engagement isn't one that drags on forever. It's an organization that leaves stronger, more autonomous, better-equipped. Our goal is for you to need us less and less — and to call us back for the next step, not to fill a void.

If this resonates
