Candidate data processing

When you send us your CV — for a sought profile, a mission or a spontaneous application — you entrust us with personal data. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with it and the rights you have.
Data controller
TechWizard, based in Casablanca, Morocco, is responsible for processing applications. For any question regarding your data, write to contact@techwizard.ma.
Data collected
The information you send us on your own initiative: your CV (identity, contact details, professional and educational background) and anything contained in your cover email. We collect no data without your knowledge.
Purpose
Your data is used solely to assess your application and, where relevant, to connect you with a mission or client matching your profile. No information is shared with a client without your prior consent.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent — sending your application — and on our legitimate interest in building a talent pool for our consulting and recruitment missions.
Retention
Your application is kept for a maximum of 24 months from our last exchange, so we can reach out if an opportunity matches your profile. After that period, or at your request, your data is deleted.
Sharing and confidentiality
Your data is neither sold nor broadcast. It is shared with a client only on the basis of your explicit consent, and limited to what is strictly necessary. Exchanges go through our professional mailbox.
Your rights
In accordance with Morocco's law 09-08 and the GDPR, you may at any time request access, rectification, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent. Just write to contact@techwizard.ma: your request is handled within 30 days, and deletion completed within 24h when requested.
