Tech Lead Java / Cloud

Why this profile

The redesigns our clients run — core banking, business platforms, distribution systems — almost always involve a deep technical modernization: monolith to microservices, cloud migration, observability. They need a Tech Lead able to own the technical architecture and grow a team.

We maintain a talent pool for this profile so we can respond fast when a mission opens.

What you’ll do (depending on the mission)

• Define the target technical architecture (microservices, event-driven, observability)
• Frame structuring choices: framework, persistence, security, deployment
• Technically lead and grow a team of engineers
• Guarantee code quality, testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Run architecture reviews and API decisions

Profile

• 7+ years in Java development, including 3+ as a Tech Lead
• Strong command of Spring Boot, Kubernetes and at least one public cloud (AWS or Azure)
• Proven experience in microservices architecture and event-driven patterns
• Mentorship mindset, technical exemplarity
• Professional English
